PRE-SEASON SPEED-AGILITY-ACCELERATION PROGRAM FOR LACROSSE PLAYERS
An intensive 60 minute program designed specifically for lacrosse players to develop Speed, Agility and Acceleration.
Each session will offer 45 minutes of Linear Speed and Lateral Agility training and 15 minutes of lacrosse sepcific movements with a lacrosse stick. Players will develop the ability to change direction and accelerate quickly and increase their overall speed and muscular endurance. A phenomenol program to complement an off-season lifting program or to supplement a winter sport season.
