Parents,

Let us help your players prepare for the upcoming summer lacrosse season with 2 great programs designed specifically for lacrosse players during the summer tournament season.  2 practices a week will not keep your player in great shape for 4 games a day this summer! If you are going to commit the time and resources to summer lacrosse, take the time to make sure that your player is in great shape and can perform at their best while they are on the field!!!

Our programs will improve speed & agility while developing endurance to carry them through those brutal summer tournament days.

Our fitness studio and 30 yard turf field are the perfect venue for summer training!

We look forward to working with your players!

All training will be held indoors at the American Lacrosse Academy in Ridgefield, CT (Winter Garden Arena)

Functional Speed, Agility & Strength Training for Lacrosse Players Summer Program

This 7 week program is designed to provide lacrosse players with a combination of strength training, functional movement and speed & agility programming to work along side their summer practice and tournament schedule.  We will run 2 75-minute sessions per week for the duration of the Summer lacrosse season to prepare players for their upcoming summer circuit.

Functional Speed, Agility & Strength Training for Lacrosse Players 7-Week Summer Program Details:

Monday & Wednesday afternoons from 3:15pm to 4:30pm (until school ends, then 10:30am to 11:45am)

Mondays- 30 Minutes of Functional Strength Training and 45 Minutes of Linear Speed & Acceleration Training

Wednesdays- 45 Minutes of Functional Strength Training and 30 Minutes of Lateral & Diagonal Training (w/ Lacrosse Stick)

Lacrosse Specifc Speed & Agility Training for Lacrosse Players 4-Week Summer Program Details:

Monday & Wednesday monrings from 9:30am to 10:30am

Mondays- 60 Minutes of Linear Speed & Acceleration Training

Wednesdays- 60 Minutes of Agility, Lateral & Diagonal Training (w/ Lacrosse Stick)
